Identification

WITAX takes care of the fully automated recording of possibly withholding-tax-related receipts across an entire purchase-to-pay workflow, from order request to invoicing and subsequent payment. This withholding tax solution assures that no payment is made before the correct tax-related evaluation has taken place and automatically links associated P2P receipts to processes. Thanks to direct access to the source system SAP
you no longer have to laboriously search through various modules, transactions and tables.

Evaluation

Thanks to guided decision-making trees on the simple and user-friendly determination of withholding tax relevance, WITAX optimally supports users with evaluation and appraisal. An integrated contract partner-based management of exemption certificates ensures that these are taken into account accordingly. Recurring invoices are automatically evaluated by the system, and tax codes and tax rates are determined. And if any questions remain unanswered, a chat function with direct contact to experienced tax advisors is available in the individual processes.

Reporting

After the automatic calculation of withholding tax by WITAX, invoices with correctly calculated withholding tax amounts are released in the source system SAP. Payment run stops are lifted accordingly. An export of all necessary information for the tax declaration at the tax office is provided. WITAX also takes care of the fully automated filling of your contractual partners’ tax certificates for you.
